iCat Model

The iCats Program provides a venue for organizations to communicate their specific resource needs to a community of highly qualified and motivated professionals eager to contribute their time and expertise. This diverse group of applicants is pre-screened by LGT Venture Philanthropy and its partners in order to match the most suitable candidate to the needs of a particular organization.

The iCats Program enables business professionals to clearly specify the kind of contribution they want to make – such as the type of skills or work experience they can provide, as well as their time availability. Registered iCats can apply at any time for open positions. In a thorough selection process it will be determined together with the organization, whether their interests, competencies and availability are ideally suited to the organization and its business needs.

The iCats receive a short 1-2 day training before starting their assignments with the organizations.
