Reese Fernandez, CEO of R2R in Manila (Philippines) was one of the founding partners of R2R, and is one of the most prominent advocates for social entrepreneurship in the Philippines today. After having grown up in poverty, she managed to get scholarships for High School and college by self-studying every day in her parish library. Reese worked at the Youth Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship Center of the Ateneo School of Government. Reese was chosen as one of the Rolex Young Laureate 2010.
In 2010, Lars Tarrach supported the team of R2R as Financial Analyst.

David Torres, Director of Special Projects at mothers2mothers (m2m) in Cape Town, South Africa. While traveling around the world with his family on a sabbatical from his role as a Managing Director at JPMorgan in London, David was introduced to m2m, and worked as a volunteer in Cape Town for two months. After returning to London, David decided to end his 22-year career in banking and join m2m as a permanent staff member.
In 2009, Fellow Cynthia Schweer supported the team of m2m as Financial Analyst.
